1. Bring sun protection accessories

Jackets, sunglasses, wide-brimmed hats are accessories you should bring during your travels, especially when going to the beach or swimming.

2. Carry sunscreen and apply it often

4. Drink water regularly

When the skin is exposed to the sun, the water molecules will evaporate. This can cause the skin to become dry.

Therefore, replenish the amount of water in the body by drinking water regularly.

Drink at least  2 liters per day to keep the skin always have enough moisture. It’ll help to avoid dry, cracked, or unsightly skin.

5. Eat healthy

You often have to be exposed to more sunlight than usual when traveling. So to best protect your skin, you should combine sun protection from the outside and inside. 

Green tea, orange juice, or fruits with high Vitamin C will give you supplements.

Also, you can take sunscreen pills. They are effective and convenient, and you can carry them anywhere for full-body sun protection.
