You can easily find a soya milk shop on the streets or at night markets. Our favorite one is the Hoa Sua shop at 64 Tăng Bạt Hổ street.
The shop is about 50m from the Dalat market, opening from 4 pm till late at night. In addition to soya milk, you can also try green bean milk, peanut milk, and some cakes there.

16. Chicken hotpot with Basil leaves
In addition to beef hotpot, Lẩu gà lá é (chicken hotpot) is also a popular dish in Da Lat.
A pot costs around $10 for half a chicken, a plate of fresh noodles, some mushrooms, and a bowl of basil leaves. Dalat green vegetables are also a part of making hotpot dishes more attractive and tasty.

17. Char siu rice
We stumbled upon an excellent Chinese restaurant while exploring Dalat, and the dishes there are so tasty.
Our favorite one is Char siu rice, a dish of grilled sliced pork served with steamed rice and vegetable on the side.
Besides Char siu rice, we also recommend roasted duck rice and soy chicken rice.

18. Chicken curry
If you’re bored with other dishes, we suggest trying chicken curry.
Also located on Anh Sang hamlet culinary street, Curry Chaaa is famous for its quality. The shop is quite small, offering a rustic and friendly atmosphere for diners.
Here, you can choose from beef curry, chicken curry, Penang curry to braised beef. The broth is creamy and savory, and the meat is soft and tender.

19. Bun Bo Hue
Bun bo Hue is considered a signature dish of Hue, but it also gains its popularity in Da Lat.
With the cold weather of Dalat in the early morning, enjoying Hue beef noodle soup is a good choice.
Beef is soft, moderately chewy, while the broth is savory and spicy with chili satay.
