Beautiful room and onsen. Breakfast and dinner were amazing and delicious! The staff is so friendly and helpful, they gave me a ride to my next lodging that was within the town. Yuki, I’m sorry I kept you late, I enjoyed our conversation. Highly recommend this place it’s wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The onsen is private and opens 24 hours. The breakfast is delicious. The owner picked us up when we arrived at bus station and drop us off again at bus station after we checked out.

I had really great time at this ryokan. the owner very helpful, we want to booked for 2 days but we can only find in the app for 1 day and they informed us when the other booking was cancelled. the room is spacious and tidy, they also help us to go to the ski. The breakfast is so delicious too. I will come back again.

Amazing ryokan/hotel in Kusatsu. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an initial mix-up with the room reservation, but the staff made sure to take care of it right away. The facilities were great and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hearty and delicious, and again, the staff made us feel very comfortable. And on check-out, they gave us a free coffee coupon to their sister coffeeshop, which was an incredibly nice gesture.

Easy shuttle from the bus terminal to our hotel. The staff made the stay memorable!! Hayato and Yuki were both amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast and dinner were also so delicious!

This was such a good value! The staff were so nice and went above and beyond. After check in we were given our choice of a free drink from the fridge. It’s just a short 10 minute walk from the Yubatake area. The hotel also has 3 private onsen that you are available to use all throughout the night and until checkout. They allow for free parking before and after checkout. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. Yukata were provided to wear. Inside the room was a super famicom game console that had so many fun retro games. We had the Japanese style breakfast and everything was fresh and delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Attentive, knowledgeable, polite staff, most of whom were fluent in English. Relaxed atmosphere (somewhat modern/nontraditional), so it wasn't as stuffy as a traditional ryokan, but still offered optional ryokan experiences (e.g. yukata, multi-course traditional breakfast and dinner). Enjoyable for people seeking both types of experiences. Rec room, free drink dispensers, and a vending machine on premises for late night unwinding. There was always at least one private onsen room available whenever we came down to use them. Larger (3+ bed) room was spacious and had a common area.
