Lovely common space, great for bringing back food (from convenience stores! -- so awesome!) and hanging out. Really wonderful baths -- big and clean and pretty and hot. Just wonderful. Robes and toiletries. Feels very luxurious for this price! Walk or bus to the temples (could be a good thing or a bad thing if you can't walk a good 15 minutes). Is just a perfect place for this price.

The property was very clean and cozy, I had a good rest in my Japanese room on the futon. I didn’t have a chance to use the onsen but look forward to it next time! The breakfast was delicious and filling. It is also really convenient to go for a hike nearby (just go behind the property and start walking!) I think that might be the best part about the location.

Location is great as hotel is 3mins walk from Bus Stop 13. My room for single occupier is spacious with attached bathroom, table, chair & TV! Bed, pillow and comforter has just the right hardness, size & comfort. Kono-san is kind and showed me all the info needed. Onsen was superb! Breakfast is included with coffee, juice and a variety of pies and bread. In my opinion, best experience about this place is hospitality, onsen and amenities. On a last note, I couldn't get a taxi to Nikko station after check out & they kindly send me with their personal vehicle (so kind!) 😊🙏 God bless you!!

Everything! The breakfast was pre-ordered and limited to 6 items per person (including infant). The atmosphere was really cosy and welcoming, it was great to have a common lounge to relax and 2 individual bathhouses for utilisation. There are some beverages and access to microwaves, oven, hot water flask in the lounge. Also, it is great that it had a small children section with suitable furniture. You can ask for the shuttle to a nearby restaurant but you will need to make your own way back. The bed and breakfast owner's family are staying in-house. So the owner is always readily available when called.

Breakfast was good with choices of milk, juices and bread and pastry. I liked the Onsen. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.
