A lovely resort in a great location on the edge of Hoi An. Four swimming pools to choose from is quite a luxury. The service is top notch. We had a problem with the room we were given and the staff did their best to resolve it. The restaurant The Temple has excellent food and they went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner special. Thank you to the staff for that!

My stay at La Siesta was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, with clean and well-appointed rooms that provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the vibrant city. One staff member in particular, Toan, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. He checked in with me every day to make sure I was comfortable and even offered me a larger room to ensure my happiness. His attention to detail was evident when he made sure I had a cup of latte waiting for me every morning at breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Thanks to the wonderful staff and the inviting atmosphere of La Siesta, I felt incredibly welcomed throughout my stay and had a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The staff was outstanding. Our executive suite room with balcony was beautiful. The service is fabulous. The breakfast is wonderful. The pools are great and the spa and the spa treatments are excellent. This is my second stay here. My first stay was years ago and it’s just wonderful we were in the club wing And we each booked an executive suite and it was just heavenly in my opinion it’s the only place to stay in Hoi An

Amazing hotel, staff, spa, grounds, overall experience. Did not realize the hotel had four pools. Considering that I like to walk on vacation, it is a little far from old town and not the easiest walk there due to the infrastructure, but that's easy to overlook with how great the hotel was. Would definitely stay again

Everything! From the time you check-in to the moment you leave the staff makes you feel as if you're the most important person in the hotel. The food was excellent, the rooms and bed where very comfortable. The gardens are spectacular. I wanted to stay two more nights, but the hotel was completely booked. The hotel helped us find another hotel, very kind of the people in the reception.

Toan met us upon arrival and reviewed everything we needed to know, confirmed some special requests we had made, and personally showed us to our rooms. Sunny, the head of guest services, also introduced herself and made sure we had all we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, overlooking the pool and garden. We had breakfast both mornings and also used the restaurant at the hotel for dinner. The food, service and ambiance were all excellent. The back side of the hotel features a beautiful pool. Unfortunately it was cool and rainy so we were not able to avail ourselves. The hotel is conveniently located near the river and the shopping district, just a short walk away We felt we hit a home run with this place.
