Seoul is beautiful and the guesthouse is wonderful

Charming hanok guesthouse with hospitable hosts to make my two-night stay in Seoul a terrific experience. Suni and her family always made me feel welcome and were eager to help with questions like guiding me to the nearest global ATM and the airport bus stop, or offering to let me borrow an umbrella when it rained. Breakfast was served on time every morning, was delicious, and was beautifully presented. I sent a photo to my parents, who said it looked like a work of art. The location is also super convenient, located near two metro lines and close enough to the main sites that I could come back in the late afternoon to take a break and recharge my phone before heading out for the night. I would highly recommend this place to others and would be happy to stay here again if I find myself back in Seoul.

Amazing stay at Suni guesthouse. The lady running the house and her son are super accomodating. 100/100 recommend. The mattresses are comfy, the rooms are cosy and very clean, it is very quiet in the house and it feels like you’re staying with family. The bedsheets and the curtains had this super pretty embroidery on it which added a « homy » feel to our room. We forgot a couple of items in our room coz we were in a rush and they brought it to us all the way to subway despite a very snowy weather. We even had breakfast made especially for us at 6am one day as we were leaving early that day. We absolutely loved our stay.

The place is very beautiful and quiet but very close to lots of nighttime activities and the metro. It is immaculately clean. Suni and her family are so hospitable and her breakfasts are to die for. I loved the heated floors tho I got too hot. Thankfully the windows opened so I could cool the place down. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is between the sink and toilet. But the water is hot and has great water pressure. I had to leave early on my last day and Suni packed me a breakfast!

The experience is wonderful mostly our hosts Suni was lovely and we received a very warm welcome from her. We wished we could stay for longer than 2 days. A must to stay guesthouse. It felt like home away from home. Strategic location too. The pictures are as it is in real.

Location was excellent. Right in a shopping street. Owners are super hosts! They are friendly and very conversant in English and Chinese. The room with the private bathroom exceeded my expectation. I thought that it would be dated and there would be much wear and tear. Contrary to my expectation, the room interior was in good condition. The en-suite bathroom and toilet was also very compactly designed and maintained. My child loved this great unique Hanok experience. Kudos to the hosts! Highly recommended. P.S. we were initially paranoid about staying in a Hanok house when there’s a rise in bed bug infestation in Korea. But seeing is believing, there are no bed bugs as the hosts really kept the place so clean!
